Safe and Healthy Schools

Thank you for visiting our Safe Schools page for Transylvania County Schools!

The safety and security of students in Transylvania County Schools are of prime importance. School staff has worked with county and state emergency response teams to develop a crisis plan for every school. Regular practices of crisis responses are a part of the school activities.

Visitors to school campuses are expected to check in at the school office and obtain a badge to wear during their visit. Visitors sign out and return the badges upon departure. All school resource officers help maintain a safe and secure atmosphere.
