Upon candidate selection, a conditional offer of employment is made to the candidate, and a recommendation is sent to HR. As a new employee, you will need to complete a new hire packet. Please fill out all the forms linked below, print them, and schedule a time with HR Assistant Kelly Clark to return documents and take a photo for your ID badge; if you have any questions, you may call her directly at 828-884-6173 or email Email Kelly Clark
Candidates will upload the following into the Applitrack account (application website).
Driver's License
Social Security Card
All new hires must have an ID photo badge before reporting to work.
Your employment is contingent upon passing a criminal background check and final approval by the Board of Education.
